Items not to be covered by the guarantee:
• Parts which are normally to get worn out by the standard use of the bicycle such as tires,
chain, brake shoes/pads, discs etc.
• Failures caused for not having interpreted well the notices/advises of this manual
• Failures and damages caused by force majeure such as accidents, inapropiate use of
the bicycle, bad reparations, deficient with the maintenance and use of the bicycle.
• In case of external elements or agents (natural disasters, floods, earthquakes)
• Product modifications by the owner without the previos confirmation by a Monty official
dealer.
- Guarantee not moved the following buyers. It is only valid for the first owner
Never use components from other brands. Never, repair the bicycle by oneself. It should be by
the shop where one bought the bicycle or by a Monty official dealer.
The fact of not accomplishing the instructions of this manual makes Monty not to be responsable,
event not to assume any reponsibility and the guarantee is to be cancelled..
The guarantee of the M5 can be annulled by any modification made in the frame, fork or another
component
9 . Delivery Certificate
A certificate must be filled by the seller on delivering the bicycle to the customer,
according to the statutory rules with respect to a compulsory information from any retiring product
from the market. This certificate is the one to be taken in case of any official claim.
The distribuitor/seller must check all the details of the delivery certificate. The buyer
shall complete his corresponding information . In this way, the seller confirms to have made an
inspection before the delivery of the bicycle.
