Pulizia e manutenzione della macchina a cura
dell'utilizzatore
il suo corretto funzionamento è indispensabile

ed eventualmente aggiungere olio come indi-
cato dalla targhetta.

PERIODI DI INATTIVITA'
Qualora si decida di accantonare provviso-
riamente la macchina, o comunque durante i
periodi in cui l'attrezzatura non è in funzione,
togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente!
ACCANTONAMENTO DEFINITIVO
Allorché si decida di non utilizzare più questa
macchina, si raccomanda di renderla inope-
rante asportando il cavo dell'alimentazione
elettrica dopo aver tolto la spina dalla presa.

Cleaning and maintenance of the machine by
the user
for its correct functioning is essential to carry
out routine cleaning and maintenance.
Routine maintenance must be carried out by

MECHANICAL PARTS
It is advisable to clean the chuck and the trolley
guide periodically and to carefully lubricate
the moving parts with grease guns.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic unit and
the reducer and if necessary top up as indica-
ted by the information adhesive.

STORING AND SCRAPPING
PERIODS OF INACTIVITY
During the times when the machine is tempo-
rarily stored or whenever the machine is not in
use, remove the plug from the mains!
PERMANENT STORAGE
If it is decided to store the machine long-term,
it is advisable to make it inoperative by remo-

SCRAPPING
Since the tyre changing machine is considered
as special waste, break it down into homoge-
neous parts and dispose of them according to
the laws in force.

MECHANISCHE EINZELTEILE
Es ist ratsam, den Selbstzentrierer und die
Führungsschienen des Schlittens regelmäßig
zu reinigen und gründlich alle beweglichen
Teile des Geräts mit den Schmierern einzu-
schmieren. Den Ölstand im Hauptkörper des
Geräts und im Ölstandsverminderer kontrol-
lieren und eventuell wie auf den Schildern an-
gegeben Öl nachfüllen.
BEWEGUNG UND STANDORTWECHSEL DES
GERÄTS
Für das Anlegen der Hebegurte und das Ho-
chhieven des Geräts halten Sie sich an die An-
weisungen auf Seite 13 (Abb. 15)
STILLEGUNG UND VERSCHROTTUNG
ZEITWEILIGES STILLEGEN
Soll das Gerät über einen bestimmten Zei-
traum nicht genutzt werden oder falls es aus
einem anderen Grund nicht funktioniert,
ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose!
ENDGÜLTIGES STILLEGEN
Beschließt man hingegen die endgültige Stille-
gung des Geräts, empfehlen wir, das Stromlei-
tungs-kabel zu entfernen, nachdem der Stecker
aus der Steckdose gezogen wurde, um so das
Gerät funktionsuntüchtig zu machen.
VERSCHROTTUNG
Da der Reifenwechsler unter die Kategorie
Sondermüll fällt, zerlegen Sie ihn in einzelne,
gleiche Teile und vernichten ihn entsprechend

MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO
Limpieza y mantenimiento a los cuidados del usuario

PIEZAS MECÁNICAS
Limpiar periódicamente el autocentrado y las
guías del carro engrasando detenidamente to-
das las piezas en movimiento de la máquina
mediante los engrasadores.
Controlar el nivel del aceite en la central y en el
reductor y añadir eventualmente aceite según
indican las chapas.
TRANSPORTE Y MOVIMIENTO
Cuando sea necesario embragar o elevar la
máquina, seguir las modalidades de embragaje y
elevación de la pág 13 (Fig. 15)
ARRINCONAMIENTO Y DESGUA-
CE
PERIÓDOS DE INACTIVIDAD
Durante los períodos en que el aparato no
trabaja, observar las precauciones siguientes:
desconectar el enchufe de la toma de corriente.
ARRINCONAMIENTO DEFINITIVO
Cuando se decida arrinconar la máquina, es
oportuno desacti-var las partes que podrían ser
fuente de peligro: desconectar el enchufe de la
toma de corriente y quitar el cable de la alimen-
tación!
DESGUACE
Siendo considerado desper-dicio especial, el
desmonta-neumáticos debe desmon-tarse en
piezas homogéneas y desaguarse según las
normas vigentes.
