Improper handling of the battery pack can lead to damage of
the battery pack.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal
or nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning objects such
as knives, hard spatulas or similar. These can damage the
surfaces.
1. Before cleaning, disconnect the battery pack from the power supply.
2. Allow the battery pack to cool down fully.
3. Wipe off the battery pack with a slightly dampened cloth. Then wipe all parts
so that they are completely dry.

Store the battery pack and the accessories in the storage bag 14 at a
temperature of between -10°C and +60°C and relative air humidity of 0 - 99 %
(non-condensing).

9 | Troubleshooting

In the event of a fault occuring, try to resolve it with the following measures fi rst
