The standard mode provides optimal operation in typical
environmental conditions, while the enhanced portrait
mode highlights the caller in a backlit situation (such as
at dawn).

entrance panel backlighting according to the ambient light
brightness.

Teleloop and command voice synthesis
function
Module 41007 is ideal for people who are physically chal-
lenged, wear a hearing aid or are partially sighted.
Enable the hearing aid, referring to its instruction manual.
Note: Any metal objects or electronic equipment nearby
may compromise the quality of the sound received by the
hearing aid.
Command voice synthesis can be enabled via the config-
uration Web interface.
Installation
The RJ45 network interface is to be connected solely to a
SELV (Safety Extra-Low Voltage) network.
The Power-over-Ethernet (PSE) power supply unit must
provide electrical insulation between any accessible con-
ductor including the earth wire, if there is one, and all the
contacts of the network ports, including those not used by
the PSE or by the device to be installed.
Installation procedure:
1. Install box, trim and frame, following the relevant in-
structions.
2. Secure the audio/video electronic unit and any other
additional modules to the pins of the frames;
3. Connect the additional electronic modules in cascade
with the audio/video electronic unit, using the supplied
wiring harness;
4. Connect the RJ45 cable to the audio video electronic
unit.
5. Configure the order of the 41010 push button modules
connected to the electronic module, if any.
6. Complete the installation of the mechanical parts.
7. Complete the configuration and programming of the
entrance panel parameters, using the configuration
Web interface.
Replacing or removing electronic modules.
Proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the RJ45 cable from the audio video
electronic unit.
2. Disconnect the wiring harnesses of the additional
electronic modules from the standard electronic unit.
3. Remove/replace the modules.
4. Connect the new additional electronic modules with the
audio/video unit.
5. Reconnect the audio/video unit
6. Make the necessary configurations for the operation of
the replaced additional modules.
