Caution: do not mash for longer than 1 minute continuously.
4. After use, unplug the appliance and remove the masher by pressing the 2 release
buttons at the sides of the motor unit.
CLEANING
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water. Only wipe the motor unit clean with a
damp cloth.
• All other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• Caution: after processing really salty food the
blades should be rinsed immediately.
• The blades of the masher can be removed. Turn
the nut at the bottom of the masher clockwise
and remove it to remove the blades. Reassemble
the blades onto the masher after cleaning and
lock them into place by placing back the nut and
turning it counterclockwise. Be sure to tighten
the nut well, so that the blades remain into place
during mashing.
• If plastic parts should colour due to working with food, rub these parts with
vegetable oil before placing them into the dishwasher.
• Be careful: the blades are very sharp.
