Electric Meat Grinder With Tomato Juicer Use instructions
MINCING MEAT
Cut all foods into pieces (approximate size 2x2x6 cm) so that they fit easily into the hopper opening.
It is recommended to use nerveless, boneless and fatless meat.
Plug the unit and switch the ON button.
Put the food into the hopper plate. To make the mincing easier slightly press the food with the food
pusher. Never use hands or other utensils to press the foods.
After each use switch off the appliance using the ON/OFF button. Then unplug it from power supply.
Remove any remaining meat and clean the product and its components immediately.
REVERSE FUNCTION
In case of jamming switch off the appliance.
Wait few minutes till the machine will be stop completely.
Press the REVERSE button.
Snake will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head will get empty.
If it doesn't work, switch off the appliance (make sure the plug is disconnected) and clean the head
manually.
MAKING KIBBE
Kibbe is a traditional dish from Middle East, they are meatballs made of lamb (also beef) and wheat.
Before starting please assembly kibbe attachments.
Insert kibbe attachment, with adapter and cone, into the head. Close with the fixing ring.
Plug the cord, press the ON button.
Put meat into the hopper plate and push with the food pusher. Do not push excessively.
Cut to the desired size.

MAKING SAUSAGES

Before starting please assembly sausage attachment (Fig.11)
Insert sausage attachment between cutting plate and the fixing ring.
If you use the hose, immerse in cold water for 30 minutes before use. Open it with a water jet and
put it on the sausages attachment.
Connect the power cord, press ON switch button.
Put meat into the hopper plate and push with the food pusher. Do not push strongly.
Release the hose so as to remove it from the sausage attachment as it fills up. Do not fill excessively.
When finished, twist the hose to form sausages.
HOW TO MAKE TOMATO JUICER
Please follow the figures on the side showing the assembly of the tomato strainer. (Fig.14)
It is recommended to use ripe tomatoes.
Carefully wash the tomatoes, cut them into pieces and cook until they are wilted. At this point insert
them into the hopper plate and press them down using the food pusher.
CLEANING AND CARE
HOW TO DISASSEMBLY
Make sure the motor unit is completely off.
Unplug from the socket.
Disassembly by reversing the steps from 1-6 pictures.
To remove the cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver between the cutting plate and lift it up (FIG.12-
13)
