Meat Grinder Use instructions

MINCING MEAT

Cut all foods into pieces (approximate size 2x2x6 cm) so that they fit easily into the hopper
opening. It is recommended to use sinewless, boneless and fatless meat.
Plug the unit on and switch I-II knob (5) to " I " ,then switch ON/0/R knob (4) to "ON" po-
sition.
Fig. 7 – Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use for it only the food pusher (12). It is recom-
mended to use only this accessory for the operation.
After use switch the unit off (4) and unplug it from the power supply.

REVERSE FUNCTION

In case of jamming switch off the appliance by pressing the I-II knob (5) to " II " position.
Press ON/0/R switch (4) to "R" position.
Snake (14) will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head (13) will get empty.
If it doesn't work, switch off the unit (make sure the plug is disconnected) and clean the
head (13) manually.

MAKING SAUSAGES

Insert sausage attachment (20) between cutting plate (9-10-11) and the fixing ring (18).
If you use the hose, immerse in cold water for 30 minutes before use. Open them with a
water jet and put it on the sausages attachment (20).
Connect the cord, press switch I-II (5) to position I and press ON/0/R (4) to position ON.
Put meat into the hopper plate (1) and push with the food pusher (12). Do not push stron-
gly.
Release the hose so as to remove it from the sausage attachment (20) as it fills up. Do
not overfill the hose.
When finished, twist the hose to form sausages.
MAKING KIBBE
Kibbe is a traditionnal dish from Middle Eastern, meatballs made of lamb (also beef) and
wheat.
Before starting please assembly kibbe attachments as per following.
Insert kibbe attachment (21), with adapter and cone, into the head (13). Close with the
fixing ring (18).
Plug the cord, press the I-II knob (5) to position I and press ON/0/R switch (4) to position
ON. Put meat into the hopper plate (1) and push with the food pusher (12). Do not push
excessively. Cut to the desired size.
