HAND BLENDER
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully and save for future use!
Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do
not include all conditions and situations possible. The user must understand that
common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into any
product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating
this appliance. We are not liable for damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use,
voltage fl uctuation or the modifi cation or adjustment of any part of the appliance.
To protect against a risk of fi re or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while
using electrical appliances, including the following:
1.
Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the
appliance label and that the socket is properly grounded. The outlet must be
installed according to valid safety instructions.
2.
Never use the blender or the power cord if they are damaged! All repairs including
cord replacements shall be performed by a professional service centre! Do
not remove protective covers of the appliance, risk of electric shock!
3.
Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids, to
prevent potential electric shock.
4.
Do not operate the immersion blender outdoors or in a moist environment and
do not touch the cord or appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.

5.
Close supervision is necessary for operating the immersion blender near children!
6.
Do not leave the immersion blender running unattended.
7.
Hair, fi ngers or parts of clothing shall be kept far enough from the moving parts
of the appliance. Do not place any tools or hands into the bowl while blending,
risk of injury or damaging the appliance. You may use the spatula only if the
blender is switched off .
8.
Prepare the container in place, insert the attachment to the appliance, and only
then plug into socket. This reduces the risk of injury.
9.
Be very careful when cleaning or handling the appliance, the knives are very
sharp and can cause injury.
10. Use the immersion blender for processing food only. The highest possible
temperature of processed food is 80°C. Do not use boiling food.
11. Leaving the blender cord connected to outlet unattended is not recommended.
Disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet prior to performing maintenance.
Do not pull the cord from the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the cord from
the outlet by grasping the plug.
12. Do not use the immersion blender near a source of heat, for example, an oven.
Protect it against direct sunlight.
13. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces or lead the cord over sharp edges.
