Press DEFROST twice,
the screen will display

CONVECTION COOKING (WITHOUT PREHEATING)

Press CONVECTION
repeatedly to select
desired temperature.
NOTE
If CONVECTION is pressed during operation, the current temperature is dis-
played for 3 seconds.

the defrost time.
