The T-5010/T-6010 site cutter is a technologically
advanced product suitable for cutting bricks,
poroton, concrete and materials used in building
construction.
2. Precautions
•
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for
use of the T-5010/T-6010 cutter with tools not
indicated in the "CUTTING TOOL" paragraph.

The T-5010/T-6010 is made to operate
exclusively under the conditions indicated under
"TYPE OF OPERATION ALLOWED", in the
"TECHNICAL DATA" paragraph.
•
During cutting operations, allow the machine to
rest as indicated.
•
The T-5010/T-6010 is not made to operate
under a continual load.
•
This machine is designed to use Ø500 and/or
Ø600 mm discs. For discs with diameters of
more than a few milimetres, it may be
necessary to lock the motor head in a slightly
raised position in order to avoid interfering
with the working surface during cutting.
•
ALWAYS TEST THE ROTATION DIRECTION
WITH THE CUTTING DISC REMOVED.

DETERIORATING QUALITY OR THAT ARE NOT
SUITABLE FOR THE SPECIFIC USE FOR WHICH

The following steps are advisable:
•
during cutting, allow the carriage to move
slowly, without stopping the disc;
•
ensure that the piece to be cut is properly
supported by the tile clamp.
3. Installation
Position the machine on a stable surface.
To set the machine for operating, proceed as
follows:
WARNING !
ENSURE THAT THE MOTOR HEAD IS LOCKED IN
THE LOWERED POSITION USING THE LOCKING
LEVER ON THE SIDE OF THE MOTOR. ENSURE
THAT THE WORKING SURFACE IS LOCKED IN
POSITION BY THE CARRIAGE CLAMP.
