The safety vacuum
cleaners described in
these operating
instructions are
combination appliances
(industrial vacuum cleaner
(IS) and dust collectors for
mobile operation (EOB)).
They are suitable for
picking up and removing
dangerous types of dust
with TLV values of up to
3
0.1 mg/m and sawdust,
and correspond to dust
class "M" in line with EN
60335-2-69.
These appliances are
technically equipped for
picking up and removing
flammable, dry dusts in
zone 11 (see ElexV, §
2(4)).
The cleaners may only be
used when precautions
have been taken to ensure
that no active sources of
ignition can be picked up.
Conductive suction
devices (e.g. extractor
hoods on machines) and
conductive components of
machining equipment
(e.g. appliances in
protection class II), which
are not earthed via the
dust remover must be
earthed in another
manner in order to
prevent a build-up of
electrostatic charges. Dust
removers of type 1 are not
safe for picking up dust
from machining
equipment which is in
operation, unless the
possibility that there are
ignition sources is
absolutely precluded (BIA
B1, §4.2).
The cleaners are not
suitable for picking up
and removing explosive
substances or other
substances of the same
nature within the
meaning of § 1 of the
Explosive Substances Act,
flammable liquids or
mixtures of flammable
dust and liquids.

ASSEMBLING THE
CLEANER
CAUTION!
On delivery, the
accessories are lying in the
tank and must be
removed before the
cleaner is used for the first
time.
Remove the cleaner top
section.
The mains plug must not
yet be inserted into a plug
socket. Remove from the
plug socket if necessary.
´ Open the retaining
clamps and lift off the
cleaner top section
(Fig. 2).
• Place a filter bag in the
tank as described in
the instructions
(printed on the filter
bag)

IMPORTANT!

Push the filter bag
sleeve firmly onto the
inlet fitting.
• Fit the cleaner top
section and close the
retaining clamps.
• Connect the suction
hose:
The suction hose
diameter must
correspond with the
position set at the
appliance switch.

If necessary:
• Push the adapter for
accessories with a
diameter of 50 mm
into the push-fit
bracket
(Fig. 4)
