CHANGING THE FILTER
BAG
During the following
steps, ensure that dust
is not stirred up any
more than necessary.
Wear a P2 protective
mask.
•
Remove the cleaner
top section from the
dirt tank.
•
Close the filter bag
sleeve with the slide
(Fig. 9).
•
Pull the filter bag
sleeve off the inlet
fitting.
•
Dispose of the used
filter bag in
accordance with the
local waste disposal
regulations.
•
Place a new filter bag
in the tank as
described in the
instructions (printed
on the filter).
IMPORTANT!
Push the filter bag
sleeve firmly onto the
inlet fitting.
REPLACING THE FILTER
ELEMENT
During the following
steps, ensure that dust
is not stirred up any
more than necessary.
Wear a P2 protective

Remove the cleaner
top section from the
dirt tank and place to

one side with the filter
element facing
upwards (Fig. 10).
•
Using the tool
provided, unscrew the
filter retaining nut (1)
and remove together
with the retaining
washer (2).
•
Draw the filter
protection bag over
the filter element.
•
Pull off the filter
element (3) and close
the filter protection
bag with a knot.
•
Push on a new filter
element.
•
Fit the filter retaining
washer and tighten
the retaining nut.
•
Dispose of the used
filter element in
accordance with the
local waste disposal
regulations.

Remove the cleaner
top section from the
dirt tank and place to
one side with the filter
element facing
upwards
(Fig. 11).
•
Using a screwdriver,
unscrew the retaining
screw of the filter
retainer (1) and
remove it.
•
Remove the filter
element (2), keeping it
level.
•
Draw the filter
protection bag over
the filter element and
close it with a knot.
•
Insert a new filter
element in the
cassette.
•
Fit the filter retainer so
that it clicks into place
and tighten the
retaining screw in the
filter retainer.
•
Dispose of the used
filter element in
accordance with the
local waste disposal
regulations.

Once a year, or as
required, remove the
cassettes together
with porous filter,
clean them and
replace if necessary
