Product characteristics
• IMPORTANT: The "Belted Base" may be
used with the following car seats: PRIMO
VIAGGIO SIP, PRIMO VIAGGIO TRI-FIX, PRIMO
VIAGGIO TRI-FIX K, PRIMO VIAGGIO SL.
• IMPORTANT: "Belted Base" (Group
0+) must be fitted facing opposite to the
direction in which the vehicle normally
travels, on seats without an airbag. Do
not install "Belted Base" on seats that face
backwards or sideways.
• Using "Belted Base" guarantees greater safety
and makes it easier to fit the car seat correctly.
• "Belted Base" is attached to the car with the
vehicle's seat belt and can be left in the car
ready for the car seat to be fitted to it.
• The car seat can be fitted on the front
passenger seat, if it does not have an airbag,
or on the rear seat. The child's car seat must
not be attached to a car lap belt or a two point
belt as they do not secure the seat properly.
The car seat can only be attached to three-
point seat belts.
• The car seat can easily be attached to the
"Belted Base" thanks to the "Ganciomatic
System", which also allows you to attach the
car seat to Peg-Pérego strollers and chassis.
• The car seat (Group 0+), has passed all of the
safety and type-approval tests required by
European standard ECE R44/04, for children
weighing from 0-13 kg (0-12/14 months).
WARNING
• Read the instructions carefully before use
and keep them in the holder provided for
future reference. Failure to closely follow
the installation instructions for the car
safety seat will put your child at risk.
• The assembly and installation operations must
be conducted by adults.
• Avoid inserting fingers into the mechanisms.
