Troubleshooting

If the device malfunctions, please check fi rst if you can eliminate the
error yourself with the help of the following overview.
Never try to repair the devices yourself. Contact our Service Center or
other qualifi ed personnel if a repair is necessary.
Problem
No sound
Problems with the
router connection.
The WiFi speaker

Possible cause
Incorrect playback
mode selected
Volume level too low.
No reception.
No DHCP server is
activated.
An incorrect network
key was entered for the
network.
The IP address that
you have manually
entered is outside of
the address range for
the router.
The WiFi speaker and
smartphone/tablet PC
are not on the same
WiFi network.
Solution
Set the mode to LINE IN
mode, Network mode
or Direct mode.
Check the volume level.
Check the network
settings.
Check the router
settings.
Re-enter the network
key for the network.
Enter a valid IP address
for the WiFi speaker.
Check the network
status of the WiFi
speaker and
smartphone/tablet PC.
