GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
• The warranty is only valid if the SISSEL
according to the guidelines stated in the instructions for use.
• The warranty covers electrical and mechanical defects and
permanent deformation of the foam of more than 2 cm of
the original shape.
• In case of problems or complaints, please contact the au-
thorized dealer from whom you purchased the SISSEL
SILENCIUM. For warranty questions, please submit the origi-
nal invoice or the original proof of purchase.

• If the SISSEL SILENCIUM was replaced or repaired during the
warranty period, the original warranty period is not exten-
ded.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
• If the instructions for use, cleaning and maintenance of the

SISSEL SILENCIUM stated in this manual were not followed or
if it was damaged in any other way by poor maintenance or
careless use.
• If the pillow or other components were forcibly compressed,
bent or squeezed or exposed to any other excessive force re-
sulting in a material failure, loss of functionality or permanent
deformation of the pillow.
• If the pillow or its components get wet or are soaked.
• If the pillow or cover is soiled or unhygienic.
• If the pillow or other components have been modified or re-
paired without written permission.
• If the pillow and its components, especially the air pump, pipes
and air valves have been damaged by high humidity or dusty
environment.
• If the cover has not been washed according to the instructions
on the label, which is located on the inside.
THE RETURN MAY BE REJECTED:
• If the contents of the product packaging are incomplete.
• If the pillow or its components were damaged or improperly
– i.e. not in accordance with the instructions for use – used.
