1. Press INPUT.Enter total grams of fat per serving,and press ENTER.
2. Enter total grams of carbohydrates per serving,and press ENTER.
3. Enter total grams of fibre per serving,and press ENTER.
4. Enter total grams of protein per serving,and press ENTER.

6. The PointsPlus value will display a zero until you place the food on the scale.
