U Before initial use, calibrate the scale, as meas-
urements are influenced by ambient condi-
tions (gravitational variations and marked
fluctuations in temperature). From time to
time, you can use the test weight to make
sure that the scale is still displaying accurate
measurements. Initially, switch the scale off
and open the right battery compartment.
Press "CAL" for approx. 2 seconds. Close the
battery compartment and place the scale on a
flat surface. "C 0.0" will appear.
Now place the 200 g standard weight
(included in scope of delivery) on the scale.
The uncalibrated weight appears in the dis-
play, e.g. "C 200.6 g". Subsequently the dis
play shows "bUSy" and "200.0".
The scale automatically switches off and the
calibration process is finished.

correcto. En primer lugar, desconecte
la báscula y abra la tapa del comparti-
mento de las pilas del lado derecho.
Presione la tecla „CAL" durante aproximada-
mente 2 segundos. Cierre la tapa del
compartimento de las pilas y sitúe la
báscula en una superficie plana. Aparece
la indicación „C 0.0". A continuación
coloque sobre la báscula el peso patrón
de 200 g proporcionado. En la pantalla
se muestra el peso no calibrado, por
ejemplo „C 200.6 g", hasta que finalmente
se visualicen, sucesivamente, las indi-
caciones „bUSy" y „200.0". La báscula
se desconecta automáticamente y el
proceso de calibrado finaliza.
