3. Rotate the outer tube until the gearcase output shaft faces down, away from the spark plug on the powerhead. 4. Tighten both tube clamp screws equally. 5. (T350) Position the throttle assembly with the throttle lever down (away from the spark plug), and tighten both throttle clamp screws securely. -
