Checking the engine condition (MONITOR function)
The following items are displayed in the
MONITOR screen.
Engine speed
Displays the engine speed.
Intake air temperature
Displays the intake air temperature.
Water temperature
Displays the water temperature (coolant
temperature).
Atmospheric pressure
Displays the atmospheric pressure.
Throttle position
Displays the throttle opening angle.
[UNIT] tab
Changes the units for intake air temper-
ature, water temperature, and atmo-
spheric pressure. (See "Changing the
units" on page 23.)
[S/D] tab
Switches to the S/D screen to display the
engine running time and error codes
from the self-diagnosis system. (See
"Checking the engine running time and
error codes from the self-diagnosis sys-
tem" on page 24.)
[BACK] tab
Switches to the INITIAL screen.

Changing the units

The units for intake air temperature, water
temperature, and atmospheric pressure can
be changed.
To change the units, select the [UNIT] tab us-
ing the " / " button, and then push the
set button.
