5. TROUBLE SHOOTING AIDS

5.1. EMERGENCY STOPPING OF THE MACHINE

If the operator´s safety or health is in danger, it is possible to stop the machine by pressing the EMERGENCY
STOP beside the control panel of the machine, (fig. 5.1.A).

IMMEDIATELY AFTER CAUSES OF THE MACHINE STOPPAGE HAVE BEEN SOLVED, REMOVE LINEN
FROM THE MACHINE AND COOL DOWN THE ROLLER BELOW 80°C (BY TURNING IT MANUALLY OR
BY THE MACHINE DRIVE). FIRE DANGER!
When using the handle, see the chapter „6.3. Removing stuck linen" in Installation manual.
After elimination of the problem, you can switch on the machine by pulling out the EMERGENCYSTOP
button. The roller drive and the heating will not start and display will read:
Start ironing or
back stroke ( Y / N / Rev ) :
By pressing „ I " key, the machine will be switched on again.

5.2. ELECTRIC POWER FAILURE

IF THE ROLLER TEMPERATURE IS HIGHER THAN 80 °C, IT IS NECESSARY TO TURN THE ROLLER (USING
THE HANDLE OR THE MACHINE DRIVE) TO COOL DOWN THE MACHINE. FIRE HAZARD! TO MAKE
COOLING DOWN MORE QUICK, IT IS POSSIBLE TO FEED WET LINEN DURING MANUAL ROTATING.

5.3. INTERCEPTION OF LINEN ON THE MACHINE EXIT.

With regard to residual moisture and the linen thickness, the temperature of the roller and speed of ironing
should be set in such a way, so that ironed linen have residual moisture approximately 8%.

OVERDRYING THE LINEN CAN CAUSE THE MACHINE FAILURE.

5.4. STUCK OF LINEN IN THE CROSS FOLDER

Linen stuck inside the cross folder?!
When this message is displayed, stop the ironing immediately, by the key „ K " reset folding and make sure,
whether the linen is not stuck in the cross folder.
