4.1.2. CONTROL OF THE MACHINE IN OPERATION MODE

By the control panel keys, you can control (in operation) these parameters:
– The SPEED increase by „ B " key, and decrease by „ F " key, in steps of 0,5 m/min
– TEMPERATURE increase by „ C " key and decrease by „ G " key, in steps of 5°C
– The FOLD LENGTH X OR THE LENGTH OF LINEN (according to the mode), you can increase by „ D "
key or decrease by „ H " key, in steps of 1 cm.
– DIRECTION OF LINEN GO OUT of the machine (forward/back), you can control by „ E " key.
– BACK STROKE: the first pressing the button „ J " stops the machine, the second press starts the back stroke
– RESET OF FOLDING: under certain circumstances the wrong detection of linen feeding can occur and
then the machine either stops folding or it is folding continuously. In this case it is possible to reset the
right function of folding by pressing the button „ K ".
– CONVEYOR OF STACKER is possible to start by pressing the button „ L "
– INTERRUPTING THE FOLDING AND QUICK DRIVING THE LINEN OUT OF MACHINE is possible to
call up by pressing the button „ N ".
– SWITCHING OF INSERTING by means of feeder (auto) and manual (man), must be done by „ O " key.
When selecting only manual inserting, the display will ask about the folding:
Use folding ?
( Y / N ) :
– after pressing „ I " key, the folder will normally fold
– when pressing „ M " key, there is no folding (for a selected programme will be temporary set up the folds
length and a number of parts to zero); reset of folding – see Reset of starting parameters).
– RESET OF STARTING PARAMETERS by „ P " key switch to the menu to choose a programme and at the
same time the digit of actual program is offered.

Verify or change by keys „ A ", „ E " and confirm by key „ I ". It causes, that original values of existing program
are loaded from memory and all changes executed during machine run are cancelled (temperature, speed,
length of fold or linen, cancellation of folding).

4.2. STOPPING OF THE MACHINE

Before turning off the machine by the main switch, it is necessary to press the „ A " button – automatic cool
down long time enough, when the roller temperature is above 80°C. This function will stop the machine
automatically after the cool down of the ironing roller below 80°C. The display will read:
It´s safe to switch
the machine off now
You can immediately turn off the machine by the main switch (on machines with steam/gas heating, also
close the steam/gas inlet valves).
To speed up the cool down of the roller, you can iron a few pieces of linen with a higher moisture than 50%.
