MONTAJE ATENCIÓN: No conecte la máquina al suministro eléctrico hasta que el montaje esté completo. La falta de cumplimiento podría causarle lesiones graves. Coloque la columna (2) en la base (1) y alinee los orificios de la brida de montaje de la columna con los orificios de la base. - Página 10 Coloque el cabezal de perforación (4) en la columna (2) de manera que el eje esté alineado con el orificio central de la base. MONTIEREN ACHTUNG: Schließen Sie die Maschine erst nach Abschluss der Montage an die Stromversorgung an. Nichtbeachtung kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen. Säule (2) in die Basis (1) einsetzen und die Löcher im Säulenmontageflansch mit den Löchern in der Basis ausrichten. Sichern Sie die Teile mit 3 Schrauben (a). Ziehen Sie die Schrauben mit dem entsprechenden Schraubenschlüssel fest an. - Página 70 Bohrkopf (4) so in die Säule (2) einsetzen, dass die Welle mit dem Mittelloch der Basis ausgerichtet ist. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Bohrkopf vollständig auf der Säule ausgerichtet ist, und sichern Sie ihn dann durch Anziehen der Schrauben (c) mit dem mitgelieferten Inbusschlüssel. Schrauben Sie die Griffe (A) fest in die Gewindebohrungen der Nabe (B).

PRODUKT-NUTZUNG ACHTUNG: Um Verletzungen durch unbeabsichtigtes Starten zu vermeiden, schalten Sie die Maschine immer aus und trennen Sie sie vom Netz, bevor Sie sie bewegen, den Bohrer wechseln oder Einstellungen vornehmen. INBETRIEBNAHME Um die Maschine einzuschalten, drücken Sie die grüne ON-Taste (“I”). Zum Ausschalten der Maschine: Drücken Sie die rote Taste OFF (“O”). - Página 72 LOCHSTANZUNG Machen Sie einen kleinen Schnitt auf der Oberfläche des Werkstücks, an dem Sie das Loch machen möchten, mit einem Stempel oder einem scharfen Nagel. Installieren Sie den erforderlichen Spiralbohrer und stellen Sie den Spiralbohrer auf eine angemessene Drehzahl ein, senken Sie dann die Spindel ab und richten Sie die Mitte des Spiralbohrers auf die Körnermarke aus. Schließen Sie die Maschine an und ziehen Sie sie mit den Kurbeln auf der Welle nach unten, mit genügend Druck, damit der Bohrer schneiden kann.

TIEFENANSCHLAG UND TIEFENSKALA Mit dem Tiefenanschlag und der Tiefenskala können Sie Löcher in einer definierten Tiefe bohren. Beide Methoden können verwendet werden. EINSTELLEN DES TIEFENANSCHLAGS Installieren Sie den erforderlichen Spiralbohrer. Markieren Sie die gewünschte Bohrtiefe (H) auf einer Seite des Werkstücks. Senken Sie den Bohrer bis zur Markierung und halten Sie die Wellenkurbel in dieser Position. -

WARTUNG Eine gute Wartung verlängert die Lebensdauer der Maschine. Bei längerem oder ständigem Gebrauch kann eine intensivere Wartung erforderlich sein, damit die Maschine weiterhin einwandfrei funktioniert. ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Maschine vollständig ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten durchführen. Dadurch werden mögliche Risiken ausgeschlossen.
