Ne jamais réchauffer les aliments ou les boissons à l’intérieur du conteneur à l’aide de dispositifs électriques ou autres, non fournis par Bourgeat. y Ne jamais placer les conteneurs sur une source de chaleur. y Conteneur à ouverture frontale : mettre le joint d’étanchéité en position. -

y démontage de la porte en position arrière : - ouvrir la porte dans sa position maximale (A). La soulever pour libérer l’axe inférieur (B). - pivoter la porte pour que l’ergot soit en dehors du corps du conteneur (C). Attention : si vous allez trop loin, risque de casse de l’axe supérieur (D). -

y Transport : - Préchauffer le conteneur 30mn à vide. - Introduire les bacs contenant les aliments chauds. - Débrancher le conteneur et effectuer votre transport. Le câble d’alimentation doit être débranché du conteneur. Never use boiling water to heat up the box. y Do not reheat food and drink stored inside the box with electric or other appliances, which have not been supplied by Bourgeat. y Never place the box on a heat source.

y removing the door in rear position - open the door to its maximum position (A). Lift it to release the lower pin (B). - swivel the door so that the pin is outside the body of the container (C). Caution! Do not go too far, as this would damage the upper pin (D). -

y Transport : - Preheat the empty box for 30 minutes. - Insert the hot food containers. - Unplug the box and transport. The power lead must be disconnected from the container. Warmkette y Container in einem normal beheizten Raum 10 bis 15 Minuten offen stehen lassen. Nicht mit heißem Wasser aufheizen! y Speisen und Getränke nicht innerhalb des Containers mit elektrischen oder sonstigen Heizgeräten, die nicht von Bourgeat geliefert wurden, erwärmen. - Página 12 y Ausbau der Türe in der hinteren Position : - die Türe auf die maximale Öffnungsposition öffnen (A). Die Türe anheben, um die untere Achse freizugeben (B). - die Türe schwenken, damit sich der Zentrierzapfen außerhalb des Containerkörpers befindet (C). Achtung: wenn Sie zu weit ziehen, besteht die Gefahr, dass die obere Achse bricht (D).

Das Stromkabel muss von dem Behälter abgetrennt werden. y desmontaje de la puerta en posición trasera - abrir la puerta hasta su posición máxima (A). Levantarla para liberar el eje inferior (B). - girar la puerta sobre su eje para que el vástago quede fuera de la estructura del contenedor (C). Atención: si va dema- siado lejos, existe el riesgo de romper el eje superior (D). -

y Transporte : - precaliente el contenedor 30mn, vacío. - Introduzca las cubetas con los alimentos calientes. - Desconecte el contenedor y transpórtelo. El cable de alimentación debe desenchufarse del contenedor. Se garantiza el mantenimiento a temperatura durante dos horas como máximo, en caso de transportar una sola cubeta. - Al llegar, se puede servir los alimentos o volver a conectar el contenedor para garantizar el mantenimiento a tempera- tura. -

Mantenimiento y Contenedor apertura frontal Sherpa: visualización «E1» en el regulador: problema de sonda. y Reajuste del termostato de seguridad: - Contenedor de apertura frontal Sherpa: Al desmontar el bloque de calefacción y la tapa gris fijada con 4 tornillos. y Para cualquier otra operación de mantenimiento, llamar a un servicio técnico postventa autorizado. - Página 19 Lasciare il contenitore aperto in un locale riscaldato per circa 10, 15 minuti prima dell’utilizzazione. Non utilizzare acqua bollente per riscaldare il contenitore. y Non riscaldare gli alimenti o le bevande all’interno del contenitore utilizzando dispositivi elettrici non forniti da Bourgeat. y Non piazzare il contenitore sopra una fonte di calore.

y smontaggio dello sportello in posizione posteriore : - aprire completamente lo sportello (A) Sollevarlo per sganciare l’asse inferiore (B). - roteare lo sportello in modo che il perno sia fuori dal corpo del contenitore (C). Attenzione: non roteare eccessivamente, altrimenti l’asse superiore potrebbe rompersi (D). -

y Trasporto : - Preriscaldare il contenitore 30 minuti a vuoto. - Introdurre le vaschette contenenti gli alimenti caldi. - Disconnettere l’apparecchio ed effettuare il trasporto. Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere staccato dal contenitore. Il mantenimento della temperatura è garantito per circa due ore al massimo, in caso di trasporto di una sola vaschetta. - Al vostro arrivo, utilizzare gli alimenti o connettere il contenitore per mantenere la temperatura. -

y Vervoer : - De container 30 minuten onbelast voorverwarmen. - De bakken met de warme voedingswaren in de container plaatsen. - De containers uitschakelen en ze vervoeren. De voedingskabel moet losgekoppeld worden van de container. De instand- houding van de temperatuur wordt gegarandeerd voor maximaal twee uur in geval van vervoer van één enkele bak. - Bij aankomst de voedingswaren uitserveren of de container opnieuw aansluiten om de instandhouding van de tempera- tuur zeker te stellen. - Página 26 Repareren, Vervangen y Container opening aan voorzijde Sherpa: weergave «E1» op de regelaar: probleem met de voeler. y Herinstelling van de veiligheidsthermostaat: - De Sherpa-container met frontale opening: door het verwarmingsblok te demonteren en vervolgens de grijze motorkap die met 4 schroeven is vastgezet. y Neem voor alle andere onderhoudshandelingen contact op met een erkende servicedienst.
