FRONT OPENING BOX
Wheels fitting on the front opening container «Sherpa» and euronorme container
y Attach the wheels with brakes at the front of the container, and the wheels without brakes at the back with the screws
provided.
y Euronorme Container: 4 screws per wheel.
y «Sherpa» insulated box :
- Remove the 4 black wearing shoes.
- Place large washer A between the wheel and the container, and small washer B on screw C.
- Place a few drops of resin from bottle D on screw C thread.
- Tighten the screw with a 13 mm socket key or 6 mm Allen key according to the models.
- Wait 24 hours before using the brakes on the container.
LIQUID CONTAINERS
y These containers are delivered with an stainless steel gastronorm tank that permits loading with liquids at 100°C.
y It prevents odours and taste being transferred from one load to another.
y We recommend that the tap on liquid containers be washed regularly, particularly after transporting milk. The tap can be
removed and replaced by hand.
y Put the gastro container A correctly inside the insulated box.
y Put the joint C on the tube B.
y Place assembly in the tap aperture from the interior.
y Tighten the nut D with hand.
y Put the nut E (thread towards the outside).
y Put the circlip F (crescent-shaped steel-colored component)
y Screw on the nut E at the top of the tap.
y Dismantling : act in the reverse order.
