- Connect the engine (B) to the transmission (A) by means
the screws (C).
Make sure that the drive shaft and the tube are pulled
into the sleeve to the end.
FITTING THE THROTTLE CABLE
AND STOP SWITCH WIRES Fig. 3
Introduce the throttle cable (A) through of the cable tensioner
(B). Make sure that the cable sheath (C) rest against the
inside of the tensioner (B). Ensure that the throttle lever is
not in half-throttle, then connect the cable terminal in the
clamp (E). Adjust cable tension (A) by loosening the lock
nut (D) and turning the tensioner (B). Once the correct tension
is reached, tighten the lock nut (D). lf adjusted correctly,
throttle trigger will move freely approximately 2 mm before
carburetor lever (E) moves. Connect the stop switch wires
(F- G).
FITTING THE LOOP HANDLE Fig. 4
- Fit the 3 nuts (4) into their handle seats.Open the loop
handle (2) in order to slip it on to the tube (1).Fit the handle
guard ((8) on the handle (2) and secure both by means the
screws (3), spacer (9) and the nuts (4). Fit the safety bar (7)
into it's position and secure it by means the screws (5) and
the lock nut (6).

FITTING THE HEDGETRIMMER ON THE MACHINE fig.5
- Remove the screw (7) and loosen the screw (8)
- Fit the hedgetrimmer on the transmission tube (12)
- Make sure that the square of the inner shaft end (11) is well
introduced into the bevel gear pinion and the tube (12) is fitted
correctly (the transmission tube must slipped into the
hedgetrimmer coupling 40mm.
- To screw down the screw (7), make sure the screw lines up
with the transmission hole (13) .
- Secure the screws (7) and (8).
FITTING THE EXTENSION (option)
Edgetrimmer disassembly fig.5:
- remove the screw (7) and loosen the screw (8)
- remove the hedgetrimmer from the transmission tube (12)
Assembly extension - hedgetrimmer fig.6:
- remove the screw (1) and loosen the hedgetrimmer screw (2)
- to slip the extension tube (3) into the hedgetrimmer coupling
till the decal (5) reference which correspond to 40mm.
- to screw down the screw (1), make sure the screw lines up
with the transmission hole (6) , and secure the screw
(1 and 2)
