6.2. Error codes

Here is the list of error codes you may encounter.

E1 The water does not heat properly
The water does not heat up.

The water temperature is too high.
The engine block no longer works
E4 and the alarm shows.
The water temperature is too low.

The water temperature is too high.
Filtration and heating does not work

The water pressure is not strong
enough.

Malfunction of the temperature

The water temperature exceeds
47°C (117°F)
The water temperature is lower than
4°C (40°F)
The water temperature exceeds
50°C (122°F)
Filter Cartridge is dirty
Inlet and/or outlet blocked
Too low water level
The ground electrode is disconnec-
ted
The filter has spent 150 hours of use
Solution
Contact technical support
Cut off the power, and wait until the
pool water is between 4°C and 46°C
(40°F and 115°F). If the problem
persists contact technical support.

Clean or Replace the cartridge (see
