1.2 Saving setting gage
Position the setting mandrel or the integrated calibration gage on the crosshairs in the
projector (rotate the spindle to focus).
Press the Setting gage button (1) and then the New SW button.
Enter the name and nominal values (specified on the setting mandrel or reductions).
Press the Cal. SW button and then Enter to confirm.
Setting gage with H measurement
To create a setting gage (only with H measurement, e.g. VDI adapter); position the
SK 50 setting mandrel on the crosshairs.
Press the Setting gage button (1) and then the New SW button.
X axis value: Enter the X value of the setting mandrel.
Z axis value: Subtract the engraved H value of the setting gage from the Z value of the
setting mandrel. Enter the result as the Z value. Press the Cal. SW button and then
Enter to confirm.
