Memory
The product has the feature to retain reading. When the
reading (over 0.05 kg) reaches a steady state the memory
is activated. the symbol "|" for seeing the reading easily is
displayed and the buzzer sounds. Now the load could be
released. This is very helpful in weighing heavy objects.
When the weight varies the reading also varies. When the
load is released the reading indicates the last steady
weight. After seven seconds the display disappears.
3.4 Measuring Temperature
When under the scale mode press Temp button once the
ambient temperature is displayed. Pressing the button
again returns the operation to scale mode. Please note.
the thermometer works only under steady state. When the
temperature varies it takes time to reach a steady state
before accurately displaying the ambient temperature.
4 Important information
These electronic balances are precision instruments.
Avoid disruptive environmental conditions such as drafts,
vibrations,
and
electrical
considerable
electromagnetic
deviations are possible. In that case change the place.
Equally avoid rapid temperature changes. Avoid high
humidity, vapour, and dust, since the balance is not
hermetically sealed. Do not allow the balance to come into
direct contact with liquids, which could penetrate the
measuring system. Therefore clean only with dry or damp
material. Do not use solvents because paint or plastic
parts could be damaged as a result. Place the item to be
weighed carefully. Do not hang a constant load. Shocks
and severe impacts must be avoided. Remove any spilled
weighing substances immediately. Never operate the
balance in areas where there is a danger of explosion.
The standard unit is not explosion-proof. Check the
balance regularly with external check weights. Opening
the balance voids the guarantee. When not in use for a
long time, remove the batteries to avoid damages from
possible battery leakage.
Always make sure that there are no living beings or
materials below the load that could be injured or
damaged!
