FOUNTAIN OPERATION
The appliance is designed for up to 4 hours continuous use.
1. Turn the function dial to "Fountain".
2. Pour the melted chocolate into the centre of the fountain bowl.
3. The spiral drive inside will draw the chocolate up to the top and the chocolate will then
flow over the tiers.
CLEANING
Make sure the fountain is switched off and unplugged before cleaning.
Pour any remaining liquid chocolate from the bowl and allow the fountain to cool down.
Never pour the chocolate down a drain or sink, as this could cause blockages when the
chocolate hardens.
Wipe the bowl and the base unit with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface.
Clean the spiral drive and the tier system in warm, soapy water then rinse and dry
thoroughly.
Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquids.
