• Non-observance of the following instructions could lead to

fire). The following safety recommendations and risk indications
not only serve to protect your health and that of others, but also
serve to protect the product. Therefore, please observe the
recommendations and warnings provided here and pass on
this manual when you give the product to someone else.
• The heating pad should not be used by persons who are
sensitive to heat or who require a lot of protection, because
they cannot respond to overheating (e.g. diabetics, persons with
skin alterations or scars in the application area that are caused
by disease, after intake of painkillers or alcohol).
• Do not use the heating pad for very young children (0-3 years
of age), as they cannot respond to overheating.
• Do not use the heating pad for young children (3-8 years of age),
unless the switch is set by a parent or supervisor and it has been
properly explained to the child how the heating pad can be
operated safely.
• The heating pad can be used for children of 8 years and older and
by persons with limited physical, sensory and mental capacities or
lack of experience or knowledge, provided they use the heating
pad under supervision or have been instructed about its correct
use and understand the hazards it may involve.
• Children are not allowed to play with the heating pad.
• The appliance may not be cleaned or maintained by children,
unless this is done under supervision.
• This heating pad is not intended for use in hospitals.
• Do not stick needles in the heating pad!
• Do not use if it is folded or crumpled.
• Do not use when wet.
