Crepes maker Use instructions
SWEET CREPES
Ingredients :
250 gr of flour
80 gr of sugar
3 eggs
40 gr of butter
500 ml whole milk
1 pinch of salt

Put the flour previously sifted into a bowl, (add sugar for sweet crepes ), 1 pinch of salt and
milk (1). Mix the ingredients (you can use a hand mixer) until the batter is completely smooth
and without lamps.
Then in another bowl beat the eggs, and add them to the batter (2) and mix all, add melted
butter, cover and leave for at least 30 minutes into the fridge.
Preheat the cooking plate, when hot pour a ladle of batter (3) to cover the plate : put the batter
in the middle of the plate and spread quickly in a circular motion using the wooden rack.
Cook for a minute, when it is getting golden (5) return and cook the other side until it is getting
golden too.
When ready, remove the crepe from the cooking plate and put it into a plate, (6) and proceed
with the rest of batter.
Advice :
If you do not serve the crepes promptly, you can keep them warm, then drizzle with jam, cream,
sugar, ice-cream or with savory preparation, and serve.
SAVORY CREPES

150 gr of flour or 200 gr of buckwheat flour
250 ml of water
250 ml of milk
4 eggs
100 gr of butter
30 gr of salt
