turn the bowl anti-clockwise to lock. Make sure it is secured
and locked in the right position.
3. Turn it clockwise to unlock and remove the bowl.

5 Operation Guide
1. Ensure the device is TURNED OFF before inserting the cord
into the power outlet.
2. Turn the device on and allow it to run for at least 5 minutes
to it warm up. Then switch the device OFF again.
3. Measure a level tablespoon of sugar. Pour the sugar into
the centre receptacle. Switch the machine ON.

4. The product will spin the sugar into candy floss. You can
collect the candy floss on a paper cone by spinning it as it
circles the bowl.
5. When you see the candy floss 'web' forming, collect the
candy floss on the cone by holding the cone vertically.
Rotate the cone with your fingers while you circle the bowl.
Once the candy floss is collected on the cone, hold the cone
in a horizontal position over the extractor head still rotating
the cone with your fingers. Continue turning the cone with
your fingers while the cone is in the horizontal position and
move it from side to side. Ensure you are collecting all the
candy floss.

6. Turn the unit off when the sugar is dispensed. Once the
extractor head has come to a complete stop, restart the
process.

6 Additional information

Turn the device on and allow it to run for at least 5 minutes
before using. This allows the device to warm up before spinning
the candy floss.
Only add sugar to the extractor head when it is not moving. Do
not use other ingredients than pure granulated sugar to avoid
clogging. Do not overfill the sugar container.
Candy floss is made by beating sugar, which liquidizes the sugar.
Next, the sugary liquid is forced out of the tiny holes in the
extractor head by centrifugal force as the extractor head spins.
When the liquefied sugar hits the air, it turns fluffy and fits into
a paper cone.
Keep the device clean before and after use to avoid clogs in the
holes, as the clogs will not let the sugar pass through the tiny
holes efficiently.

7 Maintenance and cleaning

1. Make sure the device is unplugged and cools down before
cleaning.
2. After cooling, remove the extractor head assembly by lifting
it upwards. Unlock the bowl by turning it clockwise and
remove it. Wash them both in warm water, then rinse and
dry.
3. Use a damp, non-abrasive sponge or towel to clean the
outside of the unit.
