1.- Select the appropriate container for cooking the food. The minimum height of the container
should be 17 cm (approximately a 15 litre pot).
2.- Place the pot holder (7) on the edge of the container and adjust it to the thickness of the
container. Turn the set screw (5) clockwise to properly secure it.
3.- Adjust the direction of the water circulation hole by installing the lower cover (7) in another
direction. To disassemble it, turn it 60° clockwise and pull down. Then install it in any of the
3 available positions.
NOTE: Depending on the food to be cooked, the direction of circulation is important.
Direct contact with the water flow should be avoided when the foods being cooked are delicate.
4.- Place the sous vide in the holder. In order to better operate the control panel, position it so that
the panel is facing the user.
5. Pour water into the container. Remember that the water level must be between the MIN and
MAX marks (3).
6.- Place foods that have previously undergone a vacuum process into the container.
7. Connect the power cord to a 220-240V / 50HZ power outlet.
8.- If you want to switch from ºC to ºF, press the ON / OFF button (b) for 3 seconds.
