1 - Choose an appropriate container for cooking food. Be aware that the minimum height of the
container must be 11 cm.
2 - Put the pot support (3) on the edge of the container and adjust it to the thickness. Turn the
adjustment screw (4) clock-wise to attach it properly (PHOTO 1).
NOTE:
Do not use too much force when tightening the screw. Stop turning the screw when
the support is firmly attached.
3 - Push the lock/unlock tab (2) towards the inside of the pot while the sous vide slides through
the support (PHOTO 2).
NOTE:
The circulation pump suction (7) must not be in contact with the sides of the
casserole, pot, pan, etc.
4 - After the device is in an appropriate position for cooking, stop pushing the tab. The device will
be held by the pot support (PHOTO 3).
5 - Pour water into the container. Do not re-use cooking water because it can damage the device.
The water level must be between the MIN and MAX marks (6) for the sous vide to start
(PHOTO 4).
NOTE:
Do not pour more than 30 L into the container. The device is not designed to work
properly with greater volumes of water.
6 - Put the food that has previously gone through a vacuum sealing process into the container
(PHOTO 5).
7 - Plug the sous vide into an appropriate electrical outlet following the information in the technical
specifications in this instruction manual.
