4.3 Setting operations

4.3.1 MMA process
Stayer offers quality shielded electrodes under the below
indicated references. Use the following table as a first approach
for amperage adjustment regarding any model:

M40.18Multi/MIG180Multi
M40.20Multi/MIG200Multi
Use amperage control No. 12 to adjust intensity.
4.3.1.2. Models M60.25/MIG250M and M60.25T/
MIG250T
Use control group No. 17 to raise or lower amperage (Mod.
M60.25) and 29 (Mod. MIG250). In this mode, only parameter
adjustment is active. The selector will not respond as it is only
necessary to adjust one single parameter (Mod. 60.25).
4.3.1.3. Models M60.35/MIG350T and M60.50/
MIG500T
Use control group No. 17 to raise or lower amperage by using
the 2x7 amperage segment indicator as a reference. In this
mode, only parameter adjustment is active. The selector will not
respond as it is only necessary to adjust one single parameter.

4.3.3 MIG/MAG process

Use the following table as a first approach for adjustment
regarding any model. Wire speed will depend on the thickness
of the piece and the required welding mode.

Use master potentiometer No. 13 to adjust voltage. Use regulator
No. 13 to adjust the wire output speed. Test first on non-valuable
material.
4.3.3.2 Models Modelos M60.25 y M60.25T.
BASIC MANUAL SETTING:
1. FIG 7 – 8. Push button No. 20 'Manual/Synergic' such that
'MAN'' appears on the screen (M60.25).
2. Push button No. 21 (Mod. M60.25) 2T/4T and 11 (Mod.
MIG250) so that 2T appears.
3. Use the two buttons No. 12 and No. 13 to adjust the wire
output speed/amperes (Left) and the working voltage (M60.25).
The behavior is completely the same as that of the most primitive
analogous transformer machine.
