What is a smoothie?
A smoothie is a socalled "wholefruit drink" .
Smoothies contain processed whole fruits without
the peel and core . This helps create a creamy
consistency . There is no limit to the types of
smoothie you can prepare: try adding yoghurt,
crushed ice, herbs or ice cream .
