Please keep the working area clean and ventilated.
11. MAINTENANCE
1. Dismantling conveyor belts
2. Cleaning conveyor belt
Belts must only be brushed clean when they are dry.
NEVER clean them when they are still wet.
12. TROUBLESHOOTING
12.1 Transportation platform can't run
• Check whether the power switch is on
• Check whether the emergency button is on
• Check whether the micro switch is well-positioned and working
• Check whether the transformer is in good condition
• Check whether the motor and the belt are well linked
• Check if any damage on motor
12.2 The transportation platform can only run in one direction
• Check if any damage on electromagnetic contactor
• Check if any damage on manual lever
• Check if any damage on footboard switch
12.3 Only one transportation platform can run
• Check whether the transportation platform is well located
• Check whether the conveyor belts are well-tightened
• Call for professional electrician

A. Take off the machine table.
B. Turn the two hand nuts to reduce the tension of the belt.
C. Remove belt from table.
