1. Remove top plate at the back of the machine.
2. Remove bread.
3. Remount the top plate at the back of the machine
4. Close safety hood.
5. Push the emergency Stop Button.
6. Unlock the emergency Stop Button.
7. Open safety hood.
8. Close safety hood to start.
