4. OPERATION

4.1 Before operation

Before starting the machine, carry out a general safety check:
1.
Check if the machine is clear of all objects, all switches are off and any danger area is clear of
bystanders.
Area must be clean and free from obstructions, e.g. nothing placed on the rear plate.

Check or place the electrical cord in the appropriate socket.

Check the rotation of driving wheel, there is an arrow on it.
4.2 Operating the Slicer
Choose the pression for the pusher on the rear of the breadslicer.
At the start of the day, unlock the stop button to switch the machine on.
See the above drawings on how to use the machine.
1.
Open the top safety cover.
2.
Put your loaf on the rear tray, between the blades and the pusher.
3.
Close the top safety cover and then the machine will start to slice the bread.
4.
After slicing, take out the sliced bread from the front.
