Use of Remote-control unit

Prepare Remote-control unit
Extract the protection-lid of the battery, to activate the remote-control battery.
Replacement of Remote-control Battery
Exclusively use Lithium-batteries (3V, Cr2025).
To open the cover, press hook and pull outward.
Insert the battery with positive pole showing upward. Shut cover again.
Remarks regarding the battery: to make sure that the remote-control unit works correctly, observe the following instruc-
tions:
- Do not insert the battery in the wrong direction
- Do not recharge, heat, open or short-circuit the battery
- If the remote-control unit does not work correctly, or if its action area is getting restricted, replace battery with a new
one. Never throw batteries into the fire.
The remote-control unit reacts from a distance of about 4
meters from the sensor, with a 30° angle in all directions,
from the sensor-front.
Note:
Do not expose the remote-control unit and the sensor of the DVD-player, to strong luminous sources (example: direct
sun or similar), as the remote-control unit would react with difficulty.
Turn the remote-control unit toward the sensor situated on the DVD-player.
Never let the remote-control unit fall down.
Do not leave the remote-control unit in extremely hot or humid places.
Never open the remote-control unit.
