Regulation of the pilot flame in water chargrill models
(Drawing 4.2)
The only required operation is the flame regulation:
- Remove the control panel by loosening the fixing
screws (where necessary).
- Regulate the adjustment screw in accordance with the
available gas (E).
If the unit works with LPG, tighten the screw properly.
SAFETY SYSTEMS OF THE UNIT
The thermocouple tap stops the gas flow to the main bur-
ner if the pilot flame is extinguished.
To restore the functioning, repeat the operations for
switching on the pilot device.
MAINTENANCE
The construction of the appliances is carried out in a way
EN
where a few maintenance operations are necessary. Be-
cause of this, we recommend that the user subscribe to
the assistance agreement to have the equipment checked
at least once a year by the specialized personnel of our as-
sistance service or by a specialized technician.

To ensure proper operation, the ignition unit
and ignitor system must be checked regularly
(every 1-2 months)
1. Remove the grids and burner lids.
2. Clean the pilot head with a wire brush
(SEE DETAIL A)
3. Clean the area around the ignitor with a wire brush

4. Check that the reassembled burner ignites correctly.
INSPECTION AND CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the lava rock and check that the pilot head is in
good condition. (Visual inspection with pilot off and on)
2. Then remove the instrument panel, turn the pilot on
and check that there are no leaks in the connections with
an appropriate leak detector spray.
3. In the event of leaks, replace the parts to repair the ma-
chine. Attention, insert sealing paste between the connec-
tion and the bicone.
REPLACING THE COMPONENTS (SPARE PARTS)
USE ONLY ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLIED BY THE
MANUFACTURER. The parts must be replaced solely by
authorized personnel!
For a few models, it is sufficient to remove the panel by
unscrewing the visible screws on the lower edge or in front
to have access to those parts to be replaced; for the other
models, it is sufficient to open the lower door.
ATTENTION: empty the water tray before remo-
ving the panel and replace the components of

Gas tap: all connections are visible. With the means of sui-
table wrenches, unscrew the connections at the input and
output of the gas, pilot flame and thermocouple.
Burner: the burner is fixed with visible screws and with a
nut. Unscrew it, replace it and screw it in properly.
Thermocouple – ignition spark plug: to replace these
two components more easily, unscrew the two screws that
fix the pilot flame support. Replace them and tighten the
screws back in.
After making the replacements, reassemble the control
panel and the relevant parts in the proper order.
WARNING
Every time a replacement involving gas input parts is
made, recheck all the functions and test for leakage.
