ATTENTION!
Read the following instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. All operations relevant to this manual
must be carried out by trained personnel in accordance with the regulations in force
STANDARD REFERENCES
The appliances are made in accordance with Directives
2006/95/eC (low voltage), 2004/108/eC (electromagnetic
compatibility) 93/68, machine regulations and particular
reference standards 98/37.
STORAGE
in the event that appliances are stored for a long period of
time, store them indoors in a dry environment where the
temperature is between - 5 and + 40 °C.
FORESEEN USE
This appliance is designed for cooking food and for
professional use only
INSTALLATION
Positioning: the salamander can touch the back wall, if any.
Keep the salamander at more than 630 mm from the side
wall. A shorter distance will make the appliance exceed the
temperature limit required by the 65 K standard. (Fig. 1).
A few parts of the appliance are protected by an adhesive
film which should be removed before using the appliance;
the glue residuals must be cleaned properly (don't use
abrasive products). in the event that the appliance is
resting on a surface, the surface must be made of a fire-
retardant material, even in the front of the appliance, up to
a minimum distance of 300 mm.
During the installation phase: do not rest the appliance on
a surface or side wall, partition wall or kitchen cabinet or
other similar pieces unless they are made of fire-retardant
materials or coated with a fireproof thermo-insulating
material. Pay the utmost attention to the regulations
relevant to fire prevention.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The appliance is designed to work with alternate currents
with the voltage given in the attached electric diagram
and on the plate close to the supply cord.
in compliance with the installation requirements, for
connecting the appliance directly to the main power
supply, place a device that ensures the disconnection from
the grid with a distance of opening the contacts, which
allows for the complete cut-off of power in the event of
any overvoltage.

if the power supply cable needs replacement, use a H07

in the event that the power supply cable is replaced,
specify the cable diameter.
The correct table of the connections is given below. in any
case cables of larger diameter can be used
if the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its technical assistance or by a
person with a similar qualifications in order to avoid any
risks. The appliance is designed to be connected to an
equipotentional system with an M6 screw. if the appliance
is installed in a line, carry out the equipotential connection
on the marked terminal positioned on the back of the
appliance. The connection is suitable for a screw terminal
with a 2.5 mm2 and 6 mm2 cable in accordance with ieC
998_2_2.
