Trouble shooting

If the device does not work properly, please check the following steps:
1. Check if the manual was followed precisely and correctly.
2. Check the following table for possible reasons.
3. Check if all fuses are working.

• Place the mixing container onto the motor head and
plug the power cable into the socket.
• Press the container down again to reactivate the
security switch.
• Ensure that the lid of the accessory and the
accessory itself is properly locked in place before
you place the container on the motor block.
• Place the mixing container onto the motor head and

and mix multiple portions if needed.
