7. Working life

7.2.3 Installation with fixings

In all installation work, you must adhere to the specified torques for the screws used. Note the
tempering for the screws and separate information for accessories supplied. Only compliant con-
ditions will guarantee the safety and long working life of the linear shaft. Take the values from the
table in these instructions.
Sliding block fixing component
This linear unit can be fixed with RK sliding block fixings 1 on
a suitable base. The RK sliding block fixings are swivelled, po-
sitioned and fixed in the section grooves 2 on the underside.
Also use the bolts 3 to secure the linear unit in a stationary
position.
Fixing mount fixing component
The fixing mountings 1 engage sideways in the section groo-
ves 2, are positioned and secured to a foundation
