Instruction Manual
The functions of the hood as well as the
power level of the external motor can be
controlled in two different ways:
1. Operation via remote control
(recommended)
2. Operation via switch
The remote control
(six control fields.)
ON/OFF (1)
To switch on, press the field with the
ON/OFF symbol. The fan runs at the 3.
level. To switch off, press the ON/OFF
symbol again. Grease filter saturation
limit: Button pressures (~15sec.) to a
red LED
goes off !
Increasing fan power (2)
Press the symbol Increase fan power.
The fan power is increased by one level
each time the field is pressed.

Reducing fan power (3)
Press the symbol Reduce fan power.
The fan power is reduced by one level
each time the field is pressed until level
1 is reached.
Lighting (4)
Press the button with the lighting symbol
to switch on the lighting. The lighting is
switched off by pressing the button
again. The lighting is dimmed by press-
ing and holding the lighting symbol.
Intensive level (5)
Maximum fan power is reached by
pressing the button Intensive level. The
fan power switches back by one level
after 5 minutes.
Automatic follow-up time (6)
The automatic follow-up time is acti-
vated by pressing the field with the Fol-
low-up time symbol. The follow-up time
symbol (LED) lights up. The extractor
hood switches from level 3 back top
level 1 and runs at this level ~15 min-
utes before switching off.
Room ventilation (6)
Pressing (10sec.) the clock symbol but-
ton activates/deactivates the room ven-
tilation function.
Changing the batteries:
The battery cover is situated on the
back of the remote control. Lift the cover
with thumb and first finger until the mag-
netic contact that holds the battery cover
releases. Now remove the empty batter-
ies and replace them with new batteries
of the same type.
Caution: Do not dispose of empty batter-
ies with your normal household waste!
