The LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Monitor is an
alphanumeric display that allows the user to
view the speed, time exercised, calories
consumed, distance "traveled" and scan of all
functions. The LCD Monitor will automatically
begin displaying information when you start
exercising, or if you press the Mode Button.
The LCD Monitor automatically shuts off if no
input signal is received within a 4-5 minute
period. The LCD Monitor requires two 1.5v
"AA" batteries that are included in the shipping.
N N O O T T E E : :
Do not attempt to carry the unit by the
monitor.

Press the Mode Button to select functions of
time, speed, calories burned, and distance.
Specifically, the Mode button selects the
following:
D D I I S S T T : accumulates the workout distance
when starting the exercise.
C C A A L L : : calories you burn during your
workout time.
S S P P E E E E D D : : current speed (in Miles Per Hour)
travelled during workout time.
S S C C A A N N : : automatically scans through all the
functions, and displays each briefly on the
LCD Monitor.
T T I I M M E E : : accumulates the total duration of
workout time.
R R e e s s e e t t : : Hold down the Mode Button for
two seconds in order to reset all functions.

The Resistance Dial controls the amount of
resistance applied during exercise. Turn the
Tension Dial clockwise for a more difficult
workout, and counter clockwise for a less
difficult workout.
