e • Slide a washer onto the rear axle.
• Slide the rear wheel driver onto the rear
axle. Make sure the rear wheel driver fits
onto the pins on the motor assembly.
• Slide a wheel onto the rear axle. Make sure
the ribs on the wheel fit into the grooves on
the rear wheel driver.
• Slide a hubcap onto the rear axle.
• Slide a hex bushing, barrel side first, onto
the rear axle. Press all but the ring on the
hex bushing into the wheel.
• Fit a cap nut on the end of the rear axle.
• Fit the cupped end of the cap nut assembly
tool over the cap nut and tap the end of the
cap nut assembly tool with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the
rear axle.
f • Glisser une rondelle sur l'essieu arrière.
• Glisser l'organe moteur sur l'essieu arrière.
S'assurer qu'il s'emboîte sur les chevilles
du moteur.
• Glisser une roue sur l'essieu arrière.
S'assurer que les saillies de la roue
s'enclavent dans les rainures de
l'organe moteur.
• Glisser un enjoliveur sur l'essieu arrière.
• Glisser une bague hexagonale, côté saillant
en premier, sur l'essieu arrière. Insérer toute

• Fixer un écrou borgne à l'extrémité de
l'essieu arrière.
• Appuyer l'extrémité creuse de l'outil pour
écrou borgne sur l'écrou borgne et frapper
sur l'outil avec un marteau pour fixer
solidement l'écrou à l'extrémité de
l'essieu arrière.
S • Introducir una arandela en el eje trasero.
• Introducir la broca de la rueda trasera en el
eje trasero. Cerciorarse de que la broca de
la rueda trasera se ajuste en las clavijas de
la unidad del motor.
• Introducir una rueda en el eje trasero.
Cerciorarse de que las salientes de la rueda
se ajusten en las ranuras de la broca de la
rueda trasera.
• Introducir un tapón en el eje trasero.
• Introducir un cojinete hexagonal, lado del
barril primero, en el eje trasero. Presionar
todo, menos el aro del cojinete hexagonal,
en la rueda.
• Ajustar una tuerca ciega en el extremo del
eje trasero.
• Ajustar el extremo ondulado de la
herramienta de tuerca ciega sobre la tuerca
ciega y golpear el extremo de la herramienta
de tuerca ciega con un martillo para
asegurar la tuerca ciega en el extremo del
eje trasero.

e • Slide a washer onto one of the front axles.
• Slide a round bushing, ring side first, onto the
same front axle.
• Slide a wheel onto the front axle.
• Slide a hubcap onto the front axle.
• Slide a hex bushing, barrel side first, onto the
front axle.
• Fit a cap nut on the end of the front axle.
• Fit the cupped end of the cap nut assemlby
tool over the cap nut and tap the end of the
cap nut assembly tool with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the axle.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the
remaining front wheel (and a washer, round
bushing, hubcap and capnut) to the other
front axle.

f • Glisser une rondelle sur un essieu avant.
• Glisser une bague ronde, côté plat en
premier, sur le même essieu.
• Glisser ensuite une roue, un enjoliveur et
une bague hexagonale, côté saillant en
premier, sur l'essieu avant.
• Puis, fixer un écrou borgne à l'extrémité
de l'essieu avant.
• Appuyer l'extrémité creuse de l'outil pour
écrou borgne sur l'écrou borgne et frapper
sur l'outil avec un marteau pour fixer
solidement l'écrou à l'extrémité de l'essieu.
• Répéter ce procédé pour fixer l'autre
roue avant, la rondelle, la bague ronde,
l'enjoliveur et l'écrou à l'autre essieu avant.
S • Introducir una arandela en uno de los

• Introducir un cojinete redondo, lado del
aro primero, en el mismo eje delantero.
• Introducir una rueda en el eje delantero.
• Introducir un tapón en el eje delantero.
• Introducir un cojinete hexagonal, lado del
barril primero, en el eje delantero.

• Ajustar una tuerca ciega en el extremo

herramienta de tuerca ciega sobre la
tuerca ciega y golpear el extremo de
la herramienta de tuerca ciega con un

la rueda delantera restante (junto con
arandela, cojinete redondo, tapón y tuerca
ciega) en el otro eje delantero.
