Note: The unit must not be turned on if it does not have proper grounding!
7.2.. If there are any signs the refrigeration unit is not running properly or electrical problems
are found (wire insulation is compromised, the grounding wire is broken etc), the staff must
immediately turn off the unit and call a mechanic.
Note: Operating staff must never repair or adjust the operating modes of the unit!
7.3. The unit must be completely powered down during cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
7.4. After a long period of not being used, a representative of a service center must be called in
to thoroughly check the unit before it can be turned on.
8. Possible malfunctions and ways to fix them.
8.1. In the event of a malfunctions (reduced refrigeration, frequent stoppages and relaunches of
the compressor etc), a mechanic must be called in to fix them.

Possible cause
Ways to fix it
- check the voltage in the grid;
- check the state of the power cable and the
connection;
- check fuse F1 in the fuse box of the power
box;
- fix the problems in the power supply line.
- avoiding loading warm items into the box and
reduce the number of times the door is opened;
- melt the evaporator using forced melting;
- reduce the interval between melting runs;
- check the sealing of the doors and the seams
between panels, fix the sealing of the doors and
cover the seams between panels with sealer
cement.
- The unit must not be operated in environment
temperatures of more than 32С;
- check air access through the condenser, if
necessary, blow air through it;
- ensure there is a gap of 400 to 600 mm
between the fan mesh and the ceiling;
- check the condenser fan and fix any problems
you may find with it;
- find and fix the freon leak, if there is a
suspected freon leak the unit must not be
operated because a freon leak can cause the
compressor to break down.
