GUARANTEE AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Beaba is held responsible for any flaws in the compliance of the goods in the contract and
any redhibitory defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of these goods
and on presentation of proof of purchase of the goods in question. In this context, Beaba
or its national representative undertakes to repair or replace the device within a reasonable
timescale.
Beaba is only liable for this guarantee obligation if the fault observed is not the result of
abnormal use of the product, or of its having been dropped, and provided that the other
conditions have been respected (in particular, proof of purchase).
Faulty products under guarantee will benefit from technical interventions only by Beaba's
after-sales service, or a certified repairer, at the risk of losing the right to benefit from the
legal guarantee.
Beyond the legal guarantee, we strongly recommend that you request the technical skills in
the field of electricity, electronics and mechanics of Beaba's after-sales service or a certified
repairer for any maintenance or repair operations required for your product.
The supply of spare parts will be ensured for a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase
of the goods and longer depending on the availability of Beaba's or the certified repairer's
available stock.
Beaba assures the after-sales service during and after the guarantee period in all countries in which
the product is officially sold and distributed by Beaba or a certified national partner. For further
information, contact Beaba's consumer service for your country. If there is no consumer
service in your country, contact Beaba's head office in France (contact details on the back
of the leaflet).
Before contacting your country after-sales service, please prepare the following items: Proof of
purchase if your product is still under guarantee (-1 year), Name of product.
