TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Pressing the switch the LED
does not light. (Encoder)
I charged the battery but still
does not start. (Encoder)
The encoder is not connected
to the RSP APP. (Encoder)
APP can not be installed from
Google Play or from Apple
Store. The stores return me
the following information (this
app is not compatible with
your device). (APP)
I downloaded the APP but can
not access the connection with
Encoder. (APP)

TIP / SOLUTION
The power LED emits a pulse every 3 seconds. If it does
not light, please charge the encoder battery at least 5
hours. Use a standard Mini USB Charger (a phone char-
ger).
Make sure the battery is charged correctly. You must en-
ter the end of the charger into the Encoder mini usb slot,
insert it firmly. Try again after two hours of charging.
• Make sure the encoder is on and with a battery level of
40% or more (the battery status will indicate the APP
when a new battery charging is needed).
• Also make sure that you are using a compatible terminal
(IOS 8.x or higher and Android 4.4.x or higher). Your termi-
nal must have Bluetooth 4.0 LTE or higher, most phones
have this version.
• Scanner nearby machines again by clicking on the context
menu (··· Rescan machines), available on the top right of
the APP.
• Due to the nature of wireless transmission via Bluetooth,
it is very possible that the Bluetooth transmitter Encoder
need a reboot. Simply turn off the Encoder and turn it on
again after 5 seconds.
• You know that the encoder is connected to APP because
the switch LED will flash continuously.
Your terminal may not be compatible with the APP. Make
sure you have a compatible terminal.
You must register at the APP to customize your workouts.
This is a required process, you must do once to activate
this part of the APP. If you want, you can log in using your
Facebook, but we recommend you have a account regis-
tration with User and Email.
You can retrieve your password. Notes that under the
access or registration forms you will see a link to recover
your password. Follow the instructions and reset your
password for access.
